Lacock village

National Trust village with monastic roots, once home to William Henry Fox Talbot, inventor of the photographic negative. The village, which dates from the 13th century and has many limewashed half-timbered and stone houses, was used as a location in the many TV and film productions including Pride and Prejudice and Harry Potter films.
