Prices 
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT but not service. 

Credit Cards 
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy. 

Arrivals and Departures 
Check in is from 15.00 
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11.00 

Cancellations 
We operate a 7 day cancellation policy. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01666 822344. You will be issued with a cancellation reference number which must be quoted in any future dealings related to your booking. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in a charge or your full rate for you entire stay (this also applies to rooms within group bookings). 

Insurance 
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money. 

Children 
Extra beds and cots are available and are provided at an extra charge, please contact the hotel directly for further details. Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by an adult.
