Please note exclusive use includes all bedrooms and public areas from 3 pm onwards for total privacy. This is a necessity for all bookings with an Evening Party of more than 50 guests.
The Afternoon Wedding Breakfast

Welcome drink, Pink Sparkling, a glass and a top up, £10.00
Wedding Breakfast, three courses including coffee, either £35.00

Corkage
If you wish to supply your own Wines, Sparkling Wines and Champagne;
Red/White/Rose Wine, £12.50 per bottle

The Evening Party
In the evening you may wish to invite further guests up to a maximum of 120.
A mid-evening finger buffet is served to all evening guests priced at £14.75.
When booked on an exclusive use basis the Hotel and its bar will be open just to your guests, giving a very personal environment to share your day with friends. For guests with a smaller party size the evening reception is restricted to the Garden Room.
Accommodation
Exclusive Use – When booking the whole hotel you get the freedom to decide which rooms your guests stay in and also decide on what rate you would like them to pay (if anything). A popular choice would be to put of flat rate of say £99 across all the rooms but this is entirely up to you and when we meet we can go through all the options.
For bookings that don’t require hiring the whole venue we are able to discount the Full Rates, these discounted rates are detailed below:

The above accommodation tariff is inclusive of full English breakfast and all of the above quotes are inclusive of VAT.
You may wish to consider other costs such as a disco or band, dance floor hire, flowers and table decorations, I am happy to make recommendations.
