Please note the room charges for any guests wishing to stay an extra night before or after the event in any room category is from £99.00 - £199.00. Some people might like to make a long weekend of it or to have plenty of time to prepare themselves for the event.
Exclusive hire of entire venue £2000.00.
When your celebration carries on into the evening all rooms need to be reserved and the hotel reserved on an exclusive use basis. The layout of the hotel doesn’t, unfortunately, allow us to host an evening celebration and guests on a weekend break.
We wouldn’t want either party to impede on the other’s enjoyment.
The accommodation charges and exclusive use charge may be negotiable on other days of the week, other than a Saturday and between November and April.
In the evening you may wish to invite further guests up to a maximum of 120. Mid-evening a finger buffet is served priced at £14.75.
The above accommodation tariff is inclusive of full English breakfast and all of the above quotes are inclusive of VAT.
You may wish to consider other costs such as a disco or band, dance floor hire, flowers and table decorations, I am happy to make recommendations.
