Dishes exploit the wealth of fresh produce available in the Cotswolds, with diverse flavours and textures which reflect the seasons. The Edwardian restaurant is charming, with a focus on fine dining, while the Brasserie offers more casual suppers and lunches. In summer, life spills out onto the terrace and guests are welcome to enjoy a meal in the secluded gardens.
