Richard Synan
Richard arrived with us in 2012 bringing with him a wealth of experience and passion for local British produce.
Following his studies at Gloucester University and Edinburgh School of Food & Wine he has worked with some of the best. Starting at Gordon Ramsay at Claridges under Mark Sergeant he gained 2 years’ experience with modern European menus moving onto French cuisine at the award winning L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon. He also worked under Michael Caines at The Royal Clarence Exeter before moving to Lucknam Park where he worked for over three years and gained his first Head Chef's position running their Brasserie.
