Executive Chef Jason arrived in the Cotswolds after a stellar career from New York with Tod English to the Yacht Seabourne with Charlie Palmer and not forgetting some of The West Countries best known eateries. These include Michelin starred Harveys in Bristol and Hunstret House in Bath. This was followed by The Manor House in Castle Combe and three years with celebrity chef Tony Tobin.
Says Jason: “I have a passion for exciting and original cooking following the seasons which inspires our guests to try new food experiences, as well as a decent sprinkling of old favourites with a modern twist.”
The Old Bell has a well deserved and far-reaching reputation for its award winning food. Our aim is to make Jason's food accessible to all – through casual dining in our brasserie, a la carte eating in our restaurant.
